Doctor sees shifts, open shifts, requests, team roster. No on-call preferences.

On Call only

Doctor sees on-call schedule, preference windows, swaps, department view.

Both modules

Full experience — merged roster, preferences, swaps, requests, dashboard.

Standalone test: open _smoke-test.html to verify every shell component renders correctly.
